Shipment Processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping within the Australia on all orders over $80.  
shipping is $9.99 on all orders under $80 with delivery time from 5 to 20 days

All packages shipped from our Australian address via Australia Post and generally takes 5 to 7 days to arrive at your doorstep.

Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) for you to keep tabs of where your product is at all times by just clicking on the link.

Please note: Once your order has left the warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents in the order. Twilight Craft is not responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address was provided, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
